How to make

1. Cut cloth.
2. Sew the shoulder line.
3. Make the collars. Sew up 2 pieces and turn inside out.
4. Sew the collars to the neckline.
   Wrap the seam allowance with a bias tape.
5. Sew the sleeves to the bodice.
6. Sew the sleeve line to side of the bodice.
7. Whip the hem of skirt and sleeves.
8. Stitch the back facing. Sew the press studs.
